To report an emergency using your cellphone please call 911. if you are calling from an Ontario area code the dispatcher will transfer you to the Quebec 911 service.
*4141 is to call Police only and not an emergency number.
According to the Fire Safety Cover Plan, every residence is required to have working smoke alarms which are less than 10 years old on every level of the home. If you are not available to set up an appointment with our Fire Chief, Lee Laframboise, you may download and fill out this form and forward it to Box 911, Shawville Quebec or to the Municipality of Clarendon. Please ensure that the form is signed and that the expiry date for each smoke alarm is noted. Thank you for your co-operation.
